Epidemiological studies of low and radio frequency exposure on children's health comprise following studies:

  • studies dealing with children or adolescents up to 14 years old exposed in the residential or personal area. The exposure is due to TV- and broadcasting antennas or mobile phones in the radiofrequency range whereas in the low frequency range power lines are the most common exposure source.
  • studies in which an occupational, residential or personal exposure of the parents before or during the development of the fetus occured.
